Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after Skywood Media accepts the request and, where applicable, the required deposit is paid.

2. Payment

Payment terms shall follow the approved quotation/package.

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of at least 25% of package price may be required before the booking is confirmed, and the balance must be cleared before final delivery.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in advance.

Deposits may be non-refundable where Skywood Media has already reserved staff, equipment or resources for the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Service Scope

Skywood shall provide only the services and deliverables included in the selected package or approved quotation.

Additional services, hours, locations, equipment or revisions may attract additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information, required materials, permissions and access to the venue/account/location necessary for Skywood to perform the service.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are allowed within the agreed scope.

Major changes, new concepts or additional work may be charged separately.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the agreed project scope. Delays caused by late payments, delayed feedback, changes in requirements or circumstances beyond Skywood's control may affect delivery dates.

8. Raw Files & Copyright

Raw footage, RAW photographs, editable project files and source files are not included unless specifically agreed.

Copyright and usage rights shall follow the agreed quotation or contract.

9. Live Streaming & Third-Party Platforms

Skywood is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failure, power outages, venue limitations, equipment beyond its control, or third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook or TikTok.

10. Photography & Videography

Skywood will make reasonable efforts to capture the agreed event/project but does not guarantee capture of every person, moment or activity.

11. Portfolio & Promotion

Unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing, Skywood may use selected completed work for its portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Skywood shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where legally applicable, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

13. Disputes

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion.

Unresolved disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Tanzania.

14. Acceptance

By checking “I Agree” and submitting the booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Skywood Media reserves the right to update these Terms when necessary.
